ONLINE ORDERS: PROCEDURE

Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order

number, a summary of the items and a recap of your personal data with the shipping address.

The customer must verify that the information contained in the confirmation email is all correct;

If you find any errors, please contact us as soon as possible.

We try to provide accurate and up-to-date images and text, but errors may occur. If a specific

feature is important to you, please contact our customer service team to ensure the

information is correct. The images are always indicative of the products and do not always

represent the exact combination that the customer is purchasing.

Ethen reserves the right to modify the content of the web site at any time.

We do not guarantee that all items available on ethen.eu will be in stock at the time of the

order. For this reason Ethen reserves the right not to accept an order, providing an immediate

alert and a full refund.

The order is completed with the receipt of the purchase confirmation to the email indicated by

the customer during registration. If you can't find the confirmation email, not even in your spam

folder, please feel free to contact us to ensure your order has been processed correctly.

At the time of purchase, a sales receipt will be issued, which you will find together with the

goods. In the case of export outside the European Community, an invoice will be issued. If you

need a specifical invoice for the goods purchased, please report it promptly in the order note

indicating all the necessary data!

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments on Ethen.eu are processed via PayPal, Stripe or Klarna.

We share your concern about your personal data and make every effort to keep your

information safe.

SHIPPING COSTS, TAXES AND CUSTOMS

For all orders with delivery in Italy, the added shipping costs to the total order are calculated

during check out based on your destination and the courier you choose, for amounts less than

€80.00. We offer for amounts over €80.00. This is only for Italy: for all foreign orders the price

will be calculated based on the country of destination.

For all orders coming from the European Union, VAT is included in the indicated price.

The obligations relating to the importation of the PRODUCTS (e.g. customs formalities) and all

possible additional costs due to duties or taxes foreseen by the legislation in force in the country of destination (duties, indirect taxes, etc.) will be directly at the expense of the foreign

consumer.

RETURNS

ETHEN Srl recognizes the recess right based on current legislation within 10 days from the

date of receipt of the goods (the delivery note will be proof). In any case, if you are dissatisfied

with something and want to talk to us about it, please write to us at: service@ethen.eu. We

will actively with pleasure for satisfy your requests!
